Northern California handled record volumes in
2018 and continued to expand its capacity for
the future. At the Port of Oakland, investments
in infrastructure allowed operations to run more
smoothly. In San Francisco, the thriving cruise
and auto businesses showed the port to be
well-positioned for continued growth.
